I'm just going to telll you one thing about this movie "The Little Mermaid". That movie was great. It's just a classic. I hope VH1 did well with its "I Love the 80's 3D" featuring clips from "The Little Mermaid" in which some celebrities except for Hal Sparks who does regularly on its "I Love the 80's" mini-series along with the VH1 commentators discussing about the movie. I hope it's going to be finally. For those of you had missed it, I would get another chance to see it this weekend on VH1. As for the film, "The Little Mermaid" is just an instant classic.

I watched "I Love the 80's 3D" in which this segment involves into "The Little Mermaid". It was kinda funny. Pluto Region1 was posted on the UD Forums says: I was watching "I love the 80s 3-D" on VH1 and during one of the episodes it covers "The Little Mermaid" Disney release. I have never seen the movie. During the description of the movie, they showed scenes of the movie and then discuss the plot. At the end, two of the guests point out that during the wedding ceremony the Justice of the Peace has an errection. They do a close up pan of the guy's private area and it does indeed appear that the animators drew the Justice with a bulge in his pants.
If this has been previously discussed, forgive me. I just did a search before posting for the word and did not get any results. I was trying to find a non-offensive way of explaining what they were discussing but there really is no other way to explain this other than use the term "errection." I apologize if the offends anyone. I am just trying to find out why the heck Disney animators would do this? Do they often do little jokes like this in their feature films? It is pretty strange and I don't think VH1 would have made this up and plus they showed the offending footage. Has anyone else noticed this before? Maybe this is common knowledge. That segment was kinda funny, anybody seen it?

It is debated though, some people say it's his knees or something like that.

I saw that segment, too. I found it REALLY hilarious. I do really love this movie, I always have since I was a little girl. I was only a couple months old when it came out in theaters but I still went to go see it. But of course I don't remember that, but I still love it!!!!

I dislike when people (none of you) try to make something that is good and through there own mind set find something offencive in these films. Like the one in the LM. I mean really do people have nothing better to do then to watch movies looking in odd areas for filth? grrrr Now watching movies all day for the fun of it that is a different story
